New gas, water, heating and MVHR hybrid ventilation system to three science labs.
Following the successful completion of Phase 1 of the science laboratory refurbishment, Apex was awarded Phase 2 of the project. This phase involved the installation of new gas, water and heating services, alongside an MVHR hybrid ventilation system, to a further three science laboratories.
The works continued the delivery of upgraded mechanical services to support safe, efficient and well-ventilated laboratory environments. Careful coordination ensured consistency with the previous phase, while meeting current regulatory requirements and minimising disruption within the live educational setting.
