Installation of a new gas, water, heating and MVHR hybrid ventilation system to three science labs.
This project involved the installation of new gas, water and heating services, together with an MVHR hybrid ventilation system, to support three science laboratories. The works were carried out as part of an upgrade to the building’s mechanical services, ensuring the laboratories met the functional and environmental demands of a modern educational setting.
The new systems provide reliable temperature control, improved air quality and safe, efficient operation within each laboratory space. All installations were completed in line with current regulations, with careful coordination to minimise disruption and deliver robust, future-ready environments for both students and staff.
